9 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS AN INDEPENDENT PERFUMER
She is the visionary behind Klei Studio Academy (KSA), a certified perfumer with over nine years of experience in the beauty and fragrance industry. Her journey commenced with a profound passion for integrating the arts and sciences, leading her to obtain a degree in Organic Chemistry and Perfumery from Formula Botanica and The Art of Perfumery in the UK, accredited by CPD UK. Her expertise is further augmented by experience at a prestigious perfume house in Grasse, France, the epicenter of global perfumery. She continued her education under the guidance of senior perfumers and also expanded her studies at Perfumersworld in Thailand.
Her meticulously crafted creations have been featured in prominent publications. She holds a strong belief that scent serves as a form of storytelling, with each fragrance designed to evoke, create lasting memories, and leave an incredible impression.
Divanda's creations have already been published for both Indonesia's fragrance brand and for international clients.

1. What is the timeline for KSA bespoke fragrance development? Semi-Bespoke development usually takes 1-2 weeks, while Full Bespoke typically ranges from 6 to 12 weeks.
2. Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)? For customized fragrance oils, a minimum order of just 1 liter is required.
3. What is your policy on samples? Are they free? Sampling is an integral part of our process: you'll receive development samples, and we will refine them based on structured feedback. The number of round samples is specified in your proposal to ensure high and predictable timelines. Please note that KSA Bespoke samples are not free, as we aim to maintain quality and value the perfumer's work in our bespoke services.
4. Who holds the formula and intellectual property rights? This is outlined in the agreement. In Semi-Bespoke, brands generally receive usage rights within an agreed scope. In Full Bespoke, brands establish exclusive ownership or assignment terms, specifying categories, territories, and timelines for clarity.
5. Do you offer shipping for samples? Yes, KSA Bespoke can ship samples internationally; however, the shipping of samples is subject to destination regulations and carrier restrictions. We can assist with planning and will confirm the feasibility and shipping costs during the onboarding process.
